sold out

This innovative fire starting system enables you to drastically improve your chances of getting a fire lit in adverse weather conditions. The firesteel is made with the Forest Fundamentals Ferrocenium™ blend which is the perfect balance between softness and durability. It throws tons of hot sparks without eroding away too quickly. Giving you up to 20,000 strikes. The wick is infused with Parrafin-Wax and burns incredibly slowly, allowing you plenty of time to get your fire going. To extinguish the wick, simply pull it back through the tube and your ready to go again whenever you need it.

  • Lanyard is made from 550 ‘survival’ paracord and has different strands of fishing line, waxed jute, and parachute cord. Allowing you to make snares, fishing, building shelters and more.

  • Striker made from heat treated stainless steel. Includes 4 hex bits, a beveled straight-edged tinder scraper, pry tool and also has a built in bottle opener.

  • The hollow tube that holds the waxed jute can also double up as a micro bellows by blowing through the tube forcing air and oxygen into your fire.

  • Wick is resistant to wind, and can even ignite after being wet due to the coating of parafin-wax.
