PLEASE NOTE: The Kuksa is UNTREATED. Which means it will be dry when you receive it. Make sure to give it a good wipe over with your favourite food safe oil. Most vegetable oils work fine but I personally prefer Walnut Oil as I find it gives my coffee a hint of walnut! Once you have covered it in a heavy coat of food safe oil, wipe off any excess and give the inside bowl a rinse with water then wipe dry and you are good to go!
